01、申请条件 Application conditions

执行乘务、航空、航运任务的国际列车乘务员、国际航空器机组人员、国际航行船舶船员及船员随行家属，从事国际道路运输的汽车驾驶员，持C字签证入境，需在签证停留期限届满后继续停留的，应当在签证停留期届满7日前申请签证延期。

02、申请材料 Application Materials

1、本人有效护照或其他国际旅行证件及签证的原件和复印件；

Original and photocopy of the valid passport or other international travel documents and visa.

2、填写完整的《外国人签证证件申请表》；

Completed "Foreigner Visa Application Form”.

3、 广东省出入境证件数码相片1张及该相片的《检测回执》；

4、本市有效《境外人员临时住宿登记表》；

The city's valid "Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation for Foreigners".

5、县级以上人民政府主管部门或本人所属民航、铁路、公路、港口等运输公司证明函件；

Letter of certification from the competent department of the people's government at or above the county level or the transportation company of civil aviation, railway, highway, port, etc.

6、公安机关认为需要提供的其他证明。

03、受理部门 Acceptance Department

广州市公安局出入境管理支队，公安部出入境管理局委托的县（区）级所在地公安机关出入境管理机构。
